• Curfew Reminder
  Residents are advised to remain indoors from 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM. This is not legally enforced, but is strongly recommended.

• Seasonal Fog Guidance
  Please avoid direct engagement with dense fog formations, especially those accompanied by soft music or whispering. Visibility may be affected in ways not measured by conventional instruments.

• Unattended Toy Policy
  Any toy found outside after sunset should be reported, not handled. Do not attempt to return these to their owners.

• Reflection Awareness Month
  Take care when passing reflective surfaces. If you notice a delay in your movements, contact the Safety Liaison Office.

📝 Resident Protocols

If You Hear a Whistle and There’s No One There:

• Remain still

• Count to five

• Proceed in the opposite direction at a calm pace

If You Witness Repetitive Behavior (Yourself or Others):

• Report to the Community Observation Desk (Town Hall, Room B-12)

• Drink water

• Wait for the sensation to pass

If You Encounter a Non-Responsive Group or “Still Gathering”:

• Do not join

• Avoid eye contact

• Notify the Department of Public Safety (during daylight hours only)
